Terms of Payments

All payments made via our website courses section must be made prior to access.  Payment will grant access to the course.  The user can access the course at any time they see fit.  Payment must be made via PayPal or any other payment method available in the shopping cart.

All payments made for our tutoring service must be made prior to commencement date.  Payments must be made via PayPal or via internet banking transfer. Once payment is made the customer will receive a receipt of purchase.  If payment can not be made prior to commencement date, then a payment plan can be discussed via email or skype with Off the Beat.  Please see ‘contact us’ section for contact information. 

Off the Beat has a no refund policy, unless the product is offline or temporarily unavailable.  If you feel you have a complaint please see the ‘Make a complaint’ section.
